Pamela Blackmon
Pamela has been actively teaching in the fitness industry since 1982. She has successfully taught classes in step, ball, bootcamp, and yoga, before discovering Pilates among the many fitness workshops she attended, Pamela became certified in Pilates Mat Level 1 & 2 through the Physical Mind Institute of New York. Despite years of training and practicing other fitness programs, this was the first time that Pamela actually had a functionally strong core!

Pamela has:
Certification in the Pilates Method with over 500 hours of training on all Pilates equipment at Pilates Unlimited Inc. in Vancouver;
Sports nutrition and healthy weight loss courses from Health Sciences, University of British Columbia
Rehabilitation physiotherapy training
Additional training with world renowned Dianne Miller through te Vancouver Pilates Center.
Pamela continues to take courses from Dianne Miller and other great Pilates elders including Ron Fletcher, Mary Bowen and Pilates gurus Michelle Larson and Marie-Jose Blom-Lawrence.
